Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in PDF, OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The requirements for the Journal REFFIT http://reffit.tech/index.php/res-eff are as follows:

  • The volume of the article is not less than 7 pages (but not more than 20 pages), including figures and tables placed in the text at the mention (the ratio of figures and tables to text is 30 to 70%).
  • The volume of the review article is from 8 to 30 pages, including figures and tables placed in the text at the mention (the ratio of figures and tables to text is 30 to 70%) and the list of references should include more than 30 sources.
  • Text formatting: 25 mm margins, single spacing without hyphenation, extra spaces and paragraph spacing, Times New Roman, 12 pt.
  • References should include 15 or more sources; reference to own previous work should be no more than 20% of the total number of sources;
  • The list of references must necessarily contain references to modern sources (no older than three years at the time of publication of the article, (20%); foreign sources (non-translated Russian works) at least 50% of the total).

 The article shall contain:

  • title of the article (in capital letters); size 12, placed in the center of the document;
  • information about authors:

o full name of the authors;

o academic degree, position;

o place of work and division (institute, department, etc.) o postal address of the place of work;

 o e-mail of the authors.

  • abstract of at least 200 words, which should reflect the relevance, purpose of the study, methods, results, conclusions;
  • keywords (at least 5 words or phrases).

List of references

All references to other papers, books, etc., must be given at the end of the paper. They should be numbered in sequence starting at the beginning of the paper. The numbers (in brackets) should appear in the text at the appropriate places.

Number the references (numbers in square brackets) in the list in the order in which they appear in the text. Please include all author names. Please include article titles of all cited articles as in the following examples.
